You will be pivotal in developing, designing, and optimizing sophisticated control and SCADA systems to support our next generation electrolyzers.&nbsp;</div><div style=""><br></div><div style=""><b style="font-weight: 700">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</b></div><ul>  <li style="">Lead the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive C&amp;A architectures (DCS, PLC, SCADA, HMI) for our high temperature, high pressure electrolyzers.</li>  <li style="">Develop and implement advanced process control strategies for safe, efficient, and reliable operation of electrolyzer units and integrated plant systems, managing high temperatures, pressures, and multi-phase flows.</li>  <li style="">Design control strategies to effectively manage the electrolyzer system when coupled with <b style="font-weight: 700">intermittent and dynamic power input from renewable energy sources</b> (solar, wind).</li>  <li style="">Ensure all C&amp;A systems comply with relevant industry standards, safety regulations (e.g., SIL, HAZOP), and best practices for hazardous environments.</li>  <li style="">Specify, select, and configure appropriate instrumentation (sensors, transmitters, control valves) for demanding operating conditions.</li>  <li style="">Develop, test, and commission PLC and DCS logic, HMI screens, and SCADA systems.</li>  <li style="">Provide expert-level support for troubleshooting, identifying improvements, and implementing optimization strategies for C&amp;A and Instrumentation for our systems.</li>  <li style="">Create and maintain detailed technical documentation (P&amp;IDs, control narratives, logic diagrams, etc.).</li>  <li style="">Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (process, mechanical, I&amp;C).</li></ul><div style=""><br></div>

Senior Control & Automation Engineer

<div style=""><b style="font-weight: 700">Roles &amp; Responsibilities:</b></div><ul>  <li style="">Deliver process engineering services that meet our customers' product requirements and applicable statutory and regulatory specifications, on time and within budget.</li>  <li style="">Develop process flow diagrams (PFDs), piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&amp;IDs), and equipment specifications.</li>  <li style="">Perform process equipment sizing, hydraulic and heat exchanger design, and pressure relief calculations.</li>  <li style="">Evaluate and optimize process design alternatives to ensure safety, efficiency, and adherence to industry standards and regulations.</li>  <li style="">Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to integrate process design with mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation designs.</li>  <li style="">Participate in project meetings, reviews, and technical discussions with clients and stakeholders.</li>  <li style="">Conduct process design calculations, simulations, and modelling using industry-standard software tools.</li>  <li style="">Communicate effectively with the engineering team and project stakeholders, including the Customer.</li>  <li style="">Assist with the preparation of proposals, estimates, budgets and schedules, provide assistance during procurement, construction and commissioning activities.</li>  <li style="">Performance management, setting up KPI’s, project and budget management.</li></ul>

Sr. Process Design Engineer 

<div style=""><b style="font-weight: 700">What you will do:</b></div><div style=""><b style="font-weight: 700">Job Summary:</b></div><div style="">Convert prototype ideas into reality. This involves understanding design for manufacturing/assembly, best practices in rapid prototyping and precision manufacturing, and ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver prototypes on time and with the expected quality.</div><div style=""><b style="font-weight: 700">Roles &amp; Responsibilities:</b></div><ul>  <li style="">Work with design team to develop components for precision manufacturing, which are optimized for costs and lead times.</li>  <li style="">Implement Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles to improve product manufacturability and reduce costs.</li>  <li style="">POC for external stakeholders such as suppliers, vendors, part manufacturers etc.</li>  <li style="">Coordinate the manufacturing and assembly team to ensure first-time-right assembly of prototypes and troubleshoot challenges involving required stakeholders. Product Development Engineer

Shift Field Operator

In this position your mission will be to design &amp; develop the electrolyzer stack. This includes performing CAD modelling of the stack and working with the manufacturing, quality, process engineering and control systems team to iterate prototypes from concept to mass manufacturing quickly.</div><div style=""><b style="font-weight: 700">Your responsibilities:</b></div><ul>  <li style="">Develop and design components and assemblies for the electrolyzer stack, to meet functional and manufacturability requirements while minimizing cost.</li>  <li style="">Inspect designed components for compliance with specifications.</li>  <li style="">Maintain documentation records of generated design deliverables.</li>  <li style="">Collaborate with manufacturing and QA/QC team to design for manufacturability and develop inspection criteria.</li></ul>

Senior Design Engineer 

<div style=""><b style="font-weight: 700">Your responsibilities:</b></div><ul>  <li style="">Perform and develop finite element model and methodology to analyze problems in structural domain for linear and non-linear problems, thermal and thermo-fluids domain.</li>  <li style="">Execute Static and dynamic analysis of mechanical system using FEA packages.</li>  <li style="">Design support for product design optimization and/or design improvement.</li>  <li style="">Validate analysis results through hand calculation / classical engineering method and lab test correlation</li>  <li style="">Defines in pre-Engineering phase, the necessary structural calculations to be performed during project execution.
