This involves understanding design for manufacturing/assembly, best practices in rapid prototyping and precision manufacturing, and ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver prototypes on time and with the expected quality.</div><div style=""><b style="font-weight: 700">Roles &amp; Responsibilities:</b></div><ul>  <li style="">Work with design team to develop components for precision manufacturing, which are optimized for costs and lead times.</li>  <li style="">Implement Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles to improve product manufacturability and reduce costs.</li>  <li style="">POC for external stakeholders such as suppliers, vendors, part manufacturers etc.</li>  <li style="">Coordinate the manufacturing and assembly team to ensure first-time-right assembly of prototypes and troubleshoot challenges involving required stakeholders. Product Development Engineer

Sr. Process Engineer

In this position your mission will be to design &amp; develop the electrolyzer stack. This includes performing CAD modelling of the stack and working with the manufacturing, quality, process engineering and control systems team to iterate prototypes from concept to mass manufacturing quickly.</div><div style=""><b style="font-weight: 700">Your responsibilities:</b></div><ul>  <li style="">Develop and design components and assemblies for the electrolyzer stack, to meet functional and manufacturability requirements while minimizing cost.</li>  <li style="">Inspect designed components for compliance with specifications.</li>  <li style="">Maintain documentation records of generated design deliverables.</li>  <li style="">Collaborate with manufacturing and QA/QC team to design for manufacturability and develop inspection criteria.</li></ul>

Senior Design Engineer

Identify potential improvements, efficiency gains and performance enhancements.</li>  <li style="">Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, and Manufacturing, to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the electrolyzer stack design, leveraging simulation data to guide problem-solving efforts.</li>  <li style="">Prepare clear and comprehensive technical reports and documentation to communicate findings, methodologies, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li>  <li style="">Build a culture of continuous improvement within the simulation team, fostering innovation, encouraging knowledge sharing, and optimizing simulation workflows</li>  <li style="">Willing to work on new challenges (New physics), establish the methodology and contribute to the design evaluation methods.</li>  <li style="">Follow and improve quality and reliability standards in Numerical Simulation, stay up-to date with industry standards.</li></ul>
